stage 1: planning and research

We start with discussions in two areas - visual design
and technical functionalities. We explore your preferences
with specific details in the areas such as color scheme, style, theme, type
faces, etc. You will also be asked to provide web sites you like or dislike,
which can be web sites that are related or competitive to your business or profession
as well as unrelated sites for inspiration and ideas. Technical functionalities
such as portfolio or photo gallery, e-newsletter, shopping cart, etc. can be
integrated to the site and need to be determined and taken into consideration
during this time. A site map is to be
constructed at the end of the planning stage for us to move on to the design
stage.
