stage 3: development, testing and review

Development stage is where we convert the visual design into web pages and templates
in HTML/PHP codes. You will be given access to the development site while it's
being built and once it's finished we will conduct platform compatibility testing
on both PC and MAC using various browsers. You will be given time to review
until all aspects of the site is ready to go live.
